The Cat’s Meow is a place of relation and comfort. Our employees are friendly and loving and enjoy to take care of their customers. We try to exceed standards of the usual cosmetic shops.
All our employees at the Cat’s Meow are fully licensed and educated in cosmetology and manicuring. We promise to abide and exceed by the laws of Oregon State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Rules and Regulations. We use our nail files and buffers once.
